Gimmick notepad for mentalism ... ?

Hey there, i was wondering if there is anyway for me to make my own gimmick notepad for mentalism ... I have a few ideas myself but i don't think they are that good.

I want a gimmick that allows the spec to write something and a way that i could have a peak at it. Any ideas or recommendation on how i could construct that gimmick would be great ...
