All OPENED orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
All UNOPENED orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
In order to be categorized as an Unopened Order, the product must be in its original condition, with shrink-wrap seal, if applicable. Opened Orders are defined as products that have been opened but are still in perfect, working condition.
Did your order arrive damaged or defective? Don’t worry — we’ll replace it.

After you receive a Return Authorization Number from a theory11 support representative, your order will be refunded (minus shipping charges) as soon as it arrives in our main office.
Hmmm... but how do I "return" a download?
Good question! As downloadable items cannot physically be returned, we cannot permit refunds or exchanges on download purchases.
