Bicycle 125th Anniversary Edition Playing Cards

While the art of magic has persisted and evolved over thousands of years, the vast majority of us today have one thing in common and one company to thank - the United States Playing Card Company.

theory11 is proud to present a collaboration that can officially come to light - the Bicycle 125's. The decks will be marketed worldwide in the months to come, but we are honored and privileged to unveil them exclusively today, weeks ahead of the public release date.

It started in Cincinnati one-hundred and twenty-five years ago and quickly grew to become the worldwide leader in playing card design and manufacturing. Since then - hundreds of designs and over a billion decks later - it is still here and still in a league of its own.

Commemorating 125 years of design and development, the Bicycle 125 : Anniversary Edition playing cards feature a distinctive, vintage aesthetic - and a signature metallic foil on the special edition tuck case. In stock today - and our current supply is limited.

Available in a refined RED and deep BLUE - both at an affordable price. Produced and manufactured with precision engineering by the US Playing Card Company.

I really like these cards. The back design is beautiful and I really appreciated the info cards that came with the decks. I always enjoy learning new things about playing card history, however, I took off a star for the quality. Perhaps it was just my deck, but it wasn't long before they started clumping. However, it's not bad at all. The only other complaint I have is in regard to the numbers on the faces of the cards. Personally I would have preferred that they NOT be there. Still, great deck overall.

Nice deck. Great back design that reminds me of the old school playing cards. Love the seal and jokers are perfect.

Classic deck with a different design - a nice change.

These cards, in my opinion, are not that special. The handling is not great with thin stock and clumping. The design is not eye-catching. It is a standard blue or red with faces that do not really make it special. Not exactly recommended, but okay.

Sweet deck, although I'm picking up a set to show my pride in the Bicycle company for reaching 125 years. Love the smaller pips on the cards and adding the years was a really nice touch. The Jokers idea was just brilliant.

A great addition to every card lover and enthusiast.

I am going to be honest, if anything you should buy these cards for collecting and not performing. They didn't last fifteen minutes of live performing. I mean I couldn't even do a self working trick with them. If you are looking for a good inexpensive deck, try normal Bikes or Tally Ho's'.

I bought a couple of these decks at my local magic shop. I must have stumbled on a bad batch because I bought some more, believing them to be more than average quality. And yet all my 125 decks feel cheap, are thin, bent backwards, and cannot fan (!). I'm using them as practice cards on the go, since they're not of any valuable quality - but for the price I paid, I was very disappointed.

These cards are perfect for just playing games or for amazing people with card tricks. But most of all they are so easy to manipulate. I just love these!

Ever since I started to practice and perform over 13 years ago, the deck brand I always used was the Bicycle 808 Rider Back cards. Then once I saw that they were releasing a 125th anniversary special deck, I jumped at the chance to order them. Once I received them I really was blown away at not only the feel, but the most amazing back design I've ever seen.

Now, although these are Bicycle cards and printed on Bicycle stock, for some reason these cards have a slightly more slick surface while the actual card stock doesn't bend as frequently with 808 Rider Backs. They also faro shuffle perfectly right out of the box.

So if you like to perform with the Bicycle brand playing cards and haven't purchased at least one of these decks, you really are missing out on a truly great deck of cards.

These decks are perfect in pretty much every way, except, inferring from the deck box, I was kind of expecting the cards to be shiny/metallic as well. As for the cards themselves, they are beautiful to touch, elegant yet striking in design. Probably my favourites.

I didn't buy these at T11 but I got them at K-Mart and they are fantastic. I'm not dissapointed at anything with these. While I was writing this review, I had a deck of Bicycle 125's in my hand. Fantastic.

I stumbled upon these cards at my local Canadian Tire. I recalled reading about them somewhere so I picked up a deck of each color. GOD ARE THEY GREAT!

I got these at a local Wal-Mart. They have lived me well. I love the faces, backs and jokers. They are MUCH better quality than bikes. Get some if you can. If you can only get one, get the blue. I don't know why, but they fan better.

These cards are nothing less than amazing. I saw them at a local retail store before I'd heard anything on T11 about them so I grabbed one of each color. When I unwrapped them, I was stunned how incredible they were straight out of the box. I literally went around town to all the stores within a few mile radius and bought every single deck they all had as most only had a couple of each color.

When I finally did a little research and found out T11 had a hand in them, I wasn't surprised at all. The quality of both the card and the art speaks volumes. Great work T11, I'll be getting more soon!

These cards look and feel fantastic. The same great quality of Bicycles only with a much cooler design. My personal favorite thing about this deck is the jokers. One of them is the original 1885 design while the other is the modern 2010 joker.

My friend bought a deck like the DAY they came out. He had them for a LONG time and kept playing with them... Everyday, dropping them, spilling stuff on them... Everything.

He kept telling me "They STILL feel GREAT! You GOTTA try these!"

I didn't believe him, but I got a few packs anyway (from T11).

Well, now around 2 and a half months of EVERYDAY use (dropping, spilling stuff... Having audience members shuffle them) they STILL feel PERFECT. RIGHT out of the box. Crazy.

I love these cards.

Love this deck. I ended up finding these at a local store called Target. The red deck does not fan to bad, but the blue is fantastic. I love the little twist to the face cards and the Ace of Spades is phenomenal.

Definitely buy these decks. Sooner or later, they will be rare and you will be unable to find them.

These cards are amazing. The quality is outstanding and the look is a whole other chapter from standard Bikes. The two jokers, the 1885 and the 2010 Joker is a nice touch as well. These cards preform just as you want them to, no less. I highly recommend these to magicians and card handlers everywhere!

These cards got delivered so quickly - and all the way to the UK. Great deck of cards, with an amazing design and detail. Finish and quality are second to none!

Got my Bicycle 125's today. They feel great right out of the box. The feel and finish is much like a regular deck of Bicycle Rider Backs, but the artwork and attention to detail on the 125's is great. All the pips have an old school vintage feel to em, as well as the larger court cards. You get one joker from 2010 and one joker from 1885. I would have loved to have seen two 1885 jokers, but I understand why the two different ones.

I think the backs look great, and there is a very subtle one way design to em as well. Would love to see the 125's in a marked deck. However, I feel since USPCC has changed a lot of the guidelines with gaff cards and marked decks...this might never happen. One can dream.

I plan to buy more of these when they hit the shelves in December/January. Pick some up for a nice elegant deck of cards!

These cards are completely phenomenal! They feel like linen in my hands, and they look incredible. The dates on the edge are sweet, I love the vintage look & retro joker, it's astounding. GREAT JOB BICYCLE!

Fantastic - I used them recently, and i was very surprised. They have a lot of stock for good springs, but they feel so light and thin. They are fine cards. ;)
