Any card is selected by a spectator and left protruding face down from the center of the deck. A different card - in this case, the Joker - is turned face up so it rests clearly on top of the pack.

In the blink of an eye, the top card visually changes into the original selection.

The face down card in the center is then removed to show that it has changed into what was originally the top card of the deck. Tony's unique transposition effect - revealed for the first time. Tried, tested, and developed over hundreds of real world performances.

One of my favourite tricks on theory11. Its a must buy for any card magician. I am a massive fan of all of Tony's work and he's one of my favourite magicians at the moment.

This effect is literately impromptu, that's only if you keep the jokers in the deck. You don't even have to use a Joker, you could use and Ace of Spades or another common card.

I wouldn't recommend this to complete beginners, because it can be a bit tricky to get it to Tony's standard.

Its one of those tricks that you determined to perfect.

Should be intermediate-it's not a beginner! Easy to perform, but takes a while to get it as beautifully smooth as Tony. The teaching is top quality. He addresses issues for every part, and explains everything well. Overall, it's a great effect that ever magician should do.

Fantastic effect, which in Tony's hands, and eventually yours—will look as smooth as baby Erdnase's bottom. For $5.95 you learn the effect, but more importantly you learn a few great sleights.

Tony is a great teacher and really provides excellent tips on each of the sleights in terms of angles, finger
placement, and timing.

Overall, it's a killer effect and definitely worth adding to your arsenal.

A beautiful transpo that really looks magical. This is a great trick and at $5.95 is a steal! Approximately 20 minutes of instruction from Tony Chang, (aka: Liquidsn on Youtube - and Port Authority terminal O_o). Tony's an excellent teacher. Very smooth and thorough with HD vid and the excellent production we've come to expect from theory11.

I've deducted one star for GUM chewing! You can hear him smacking it as he's going through his explanation. I mean WTF? dude! Seriously? Spit it out or give it to the hot production assistant, (ref: Trading Places), for recovery post shoot. /rant

Spectators will be amazed by this trick. Buy and fry! Note: you can use the technique taught here to perform his variation of D&D's Tivo 2.0 which he does on YouTube as Tivo 2.0.1.
