In 2010, Wayne Houchin hand selected 7 effects created by Bedros Akkelian ("Spidey") for a one of a kind project. These effects were filmed, edited and ready to go. In 2011, theory11 announced the launch of The Wire, the perfect outlet for these effects. This is the SECOND one, with a bunch of extra stuff!
SAY GOODBYE TO ALL PEEKS AND TEARS! This peek was designed to eliminate many problems that most peeks have. Your head is turned at all times while the paper is in view. The only time you have the paper in your hands it is in your closed fist. Spectators can BURN YOU at the moment of the peek they will not see a single thing. You can be surrounded. If you have terrible vision, there are ways in which you can do the peek with the information an inch away from your nose.
This peek fools magicians, and many mentalists who saw Spidey's lecture immediately replaced their other peeks by this one.
BONUS EFFECT (Conexion): The spectator writes the name of an object that is dear to them on an index card and places it in the middle of a pack of business cards, the performer drops cards one at a time, slowly and fairly, no funny business, spectator says stop, NO FORCE, the card they stop at is placed aside, NO SWITCH. Not only can the performer name the object but the spectator stopped at the EXACT card.
