Two different cards are shown. The two cards are shuffled and the top card is displayed to the spectator. In plain view, with no slights, the top card is slowly moved away from the bottom card until both cards are separated in each hand.

The cards magically switch places - this is Switchback!

This is a very visual effect and has made many audiences freak!

Andy Nyman should have been on the Wire.

Wow, that didn't fool me. It's a simple switch that is not impressive and the effect is really so small. I'm sorry to say that this is one of the worst tricks on the Wire.

This is an okay effect. However, it is by no means visual in my opinion. The same effect can be accomplished ungimmicked and impromptu.

This is a cool trick but where there is no sleight of hand, there are gimmicks. I personally appreciate the effect but the method disappoints me and cannot be used in certain situations. The display of the card before the transpositions looks a bit fishy in my opinion.

Simple, easy and good for the next card routine.
