If you could have dinner with any magician, past or present, who would that be and why?

Slydini... hands down... just so I can ask him to perform the "helicopter card" for me live in person. I really love that card trick.

What is your creative process - how do you come up with new effects and ideas?

I kind of just tell myself... I am gonna make a color change... then I start doing all the color changes I know.. then I watch coin magic and other forms of manipulation.. for inspiration.. then I go work out really hard.. and let my brain sort all the details out.. I listen to music and don't do any magic after that until it comes to me.. then I start developing the idea and if it's good I keep it and if not.. I start the whole process over again.. It's all about deciding to do it.. once I told myself I was gonna do just 1 color change.. I ended up with 3.. I was what you would call..well.. happy :D

Which artists have inspired you the most in your work thus far?

I would say a lot of artists ... Slydini, Paul Harris, McBride, Tarbell, Erdnase, Marlo and the Professor of course and the list goes on and on... even young cats like Morelli and Garcia have inspired me. Also guys in my crew.. the House of Flying Cards... those guys are amazing.

Also.. I get inspired by other artists like painters, musicians and creatives outside of magic.. it's nice to have an inspiration from the outside.

How did you first get started in magic?

Saw some stuff on TV, googled learn magic.. bought an effect and was addicted ever since... seriously.
