Cool free effect, but I give it only 4 stars because the viewer's angle is very important so you can't perform it for some spectators and the box can't be inspected. However, you get very good reactions from the audience!!! Download it!
George • Greece • 5/7/2013
I give it a 2/5 just because the box can't be examined at the end.

You don't end clean but that's okay because the spectator won't ask to see the gimmick, it's that convincing! I can't believe it's free! Seriously, I don't even now why you're reading the reviews, just download it. If you don't like it delete the file, not that you'll do that.

A nice effect, but a little hard to perform, and you do not get the best reactions!
Ollie • England • 3/14/2013
Cool effect, however, it's not very good on angles as you can only perform to people that stand directly in front of you.

I'm a friend of Kevin so rating it would be kind of unfair. But this is not Surge by Patrick Kun. Duplex - gimmick, Surge - no gimmick. Just to put things right.
Jordan • Australia • 3/3/2013
This is no different than Patrick Kun's rising card effect, basically just changed the name.
Cheryl • Singapore • 3/2/2013
Very visual, smart effect which starts and ends clean. The case is clearly shown to be empty and there are no bands or wires causing it to move. Great idea!

Thanks for releasing it for free! It's worth downloading it, even if it would cost 5 bucks. One of the best card rising effects.
Philipp Sahner • German • 3/12/2012
Clean, cool, unbelievable visual. And the best part, there is nothing in the card case. Very great Job Kevin! I love it!

One of the first tricks on the wire and simply one of the best. More people should get it, I bet good money the method you think it is, is 100% WRONG! Clever!
Danny • StuttgART • 1/16/2012
Very clever indeed! I like the principle better than the actual effect, creative!
James Gilroy • United Kingdom • 12/10/2011
A Fantastic Routine!
João Antônio • Brazil • 12/5/2011
Realy a good principle, but it's very angle sensitive so you can not perform it for more than 3 people.
Finix Chan • malaysia • 12/5/2011
Perfect and clean. Great job Kevin.
Tyler • Germany • 9/22/2011
This principle is so clever that you will feel bad performing it! Kevin has done it, he's awesome!
CHyLeK • Poland • 9/21/2011
Nice and creative trick. Great idea.
Paul • Germany • 9/20/2011
Kevin is a really creative magician and I really love this trick! Easy to do and very powerful.
David • Italy • 9/19/2011
Wow - great idea!
Ally • England • 9/18/2011
Brilliant, great setup. Easy items that you are highly likely to have in house, if not spend like 3 pounds. Absolutely brilliant - spectators will never see how you do it. 5/5 great trick from a great mind :) Well done, Kevin.
John • Texas • 9/18/2011
Fabulous! Must get.
Moe • Houston • 9/18/2011
Great trick from a great mind! Well done, Kevin.
Brad • Ohio • 9/17/2011
