- Years in Magic
What advice would you give to new performers just starting today?
Read Books, Learn about the history of Magic and, the magicians before our time. Learn at least 5 tricks, perform them for family members, friends, practice in front of a mirror, making sure everything looks as it should.
Practice, Practice, Practice... Go out and perform to the public, then Practice some more.
It will be work to achieve, but you would achieve in greatness. Everything will pay off.
How did you first get started in magic?
For my 7th Birthday we had a Magician/Clown performing in my house. He performed the classic 'Vanishing Handkerchief' trick, since then i knew i wanted to learn it, perform it, and hopefully fool people.
I remember later on in the years picking up a Magic book from my local library. And learning the trick. My magic just took from there.
What vision do you see for the future of cardistry?
I love Cardistry, i am not the best at it... But knowing some basics will make anyone's magic elevate more.
I definitely think is worth learning it.
Which artists have inspired you the most in your work thus far?
Daniel Garcia. He's magic has always inspired me, it's just beautiful and creative.
I Highly recommend all of he's project DVDs as well.
