Not quite sure, but it's possible he's doing the original Leno cut taught in Pasteboard Animations, which didn't have one or two packets the modern Leno cut has.

I'm pretty sure the original 7-packet leno looks a lot better than that...

Hey guys. It is the 8 packet version. If you count them, they're all there. The problem is that I didn't have anybody to take the picture for me, so I had to set the camera up on a tripod and set a timer. I had to click the button, run over to the wall and do the Leno within about 10 seconds lol. So unfortunately, the quality of the Leno suffered. But to the non-magicians I showed it too, they were impressed.

Same. I have to learn the Leno Cut. It looks awesome. I'm a big fan of displays. Right now I'm working on Lethal. From there I'm going to go to Lethal X. From there, I will go into the Leno Cut.

That's amazing. How did you edit the picture like that?

I made a copy of the picture and desaturated it. Then I boosted the contrast and added some noise. Then I applied a layer mask to the B&W layer and then filled the cards with black so that it would become transparent and show the cards that were in color from the layer underneath.
