Electric Touch Question...

Well, I just searched up the Electric touch on the review section here and at E but I am getting mixed signals. almost everyone loves it but some people say you have to ruin shoes and others say you don't. and then some people say you can't wear it in rain and some say you can. It is all very confusing so I am going to ask a few questions that I hope you can answer:

1: Can this be performed sleeveless?
2: Do I have to ruin a pair of shoes to do it?
3: Will I get shocked in the rain?
4: Can it be worn wearing shorts?
5: How many batteries does it take.

1.) yes
2.) yea, it kinda ruins the shoe if you take out the gimmick.
3.)I havent been caught in the rain with it on, but the actual mechanism can be removed from the "holder" fairly easily if you encounter rain.
4.)nope.
5.)4 12volt batts

yes what foo:l said was true...for the rain thingy, u wont get electrified but i recomend you to just take of the device from the holder....
