You can get a universal pull from most magic outlets (probably not specialised sites like T11/E, what have you), I got mine from www.magicbox.uk.com.

These little devil's can vanish coins, as well as just about anything else you could fit in your hand.

For what it's worth, I came up with a pull for vanishing ONLY coins, which makes it less versatile than the universal, BUT it offers alot more hand freedom, it looks cleaner, and the coins can just be tossed into your hands loose. Wicked cool, it's one of my favourite creations!

The gecko has it's restrictions.

While you could technically pull just about everything, Weight implications WILL factor in when pulling something like a glass bottle or the like.
