Hi guys I bought 2 on demand dvds from dan and dave and they were supose to show up a week ago and dan and dave wont respond to my emails and I spent 17 bucks on the dvds what do I do?

You know that you can only play them in the Player on the website yeah?

Dan and Dave have slower customer service than T11, basically because it's just the two of them - rest assured though they will in time get to your support ticket (you did send a support ticket yeah? Contact them through their site). They won't just take your money or anything, so don't worry about that.

I think that on the media section, you should see Purchased videos or something like that, if you cant see it.. Just log in :)

i paid for 72decks and i received only 6 decks........
wat can i say...

just submitted a ticket few mins ago, and now waiting for reply.

Yes I oknow where the videos comme up I have 4 other on demands bnut they should have shown up last week and I have sent 2 help emails to them but they have not replyed

Just a suggestion. Try emailing them, not submitting a ticket. I did that once and got a response within a few hours I think.
