Um, just wanted to ask, what are the best cards to use for flourishing?

P.S. please don't say jerry's nuggets or wynn casino cause we know that they are discontinued and hard to get.):D

i'm with cringe smoke and mirrors then split spades would be my choices.

but out of the ones you gave i would say i am a FAN (pun intended) for tally ho fan backs!

no that was a lie i just had to say it i love centurians!

I dont flourish but magic cards i would say its the cards u practice most with. i dont think i ever seen Edward Marlo with some high tech cards just normal plastic coated ones. its not the cards in the end its the performer. :p

:edit: i use alot of different cards but i voted for bicycle rider back easy to find xD

true but good cards can be an aid to the preformer and you don't want to preform with cards your not comfortable with.

Tally-Ho!

Tally-Ho is best card i use 'cause 3 thing.
1. It's Cheap
2. Spectator didn't expect like it a trick deck
3. Perfect for flourishes and trick

For Magic I like the Gaurdians and Tally's a lot... but for flourishing, I've been Enjoying the Black Ghosts and Shadow Masters, but don't like them for magic much at all.

I know I sound like a fanboy, but Guardians all the way.

I have been using the same deck for about 2 months now every day for flourishing and they still feel brand spanking new.

VERY durable, great back design, feel great and are really good for flourishes.

Although I do think that if you are a truly skilled flourisher you can do the same flourish with any cards, but...

Oh, and Ellis Island Casino cards. They feel great and can be bought for about 75 cents a deck at Spinnellis or whatever website that is.

If you want the absolute best cards for magic... sleights... Go with Old Studs.. Arrcos and Q1 Tallys are on the top of the list as well.

Hey mate,

Your best bet is to take your time and try everything, then decide what you like. For example:

Regular Bikes
Vintage Fan Backs
League Backs
Tally-Hos
Guardians
Cents
E Custom Decks
Aladdins
Arrcos
Red/Blue Wynns - not hard to get, try eBay
Studs
Smoke and Mirror

Some might appeal to you for different reasons. Aladdins feel totally different from anything else. E decks are thicker. Studs are extremely thin and appeal to me for that reason. SM appeal to me for aesthetics.

Everyone knows bikes. That's why their so good to perform with. For me, by my standards, I love them. I use them all the time - but I must say that Centurions and Split Spades have this elegant feel to them.
