I have a macbook i purchased it it downloaded it said it was a wmv file and when it finished a file popped up it was a document of gibberish any help I NEED THIS TRICK!

Adam -- in order to play WMV files on a Mac, you can download and install the free version of Flip4Mac or the VLC Media Player. Either one should do the trick and allow you to play the WMV file.

Hope this helps -- and if not, definitely contact customer support from wherever you purchased the effect download.
