This past weekend I went to my local magic shop and they told me about a convention nearby. Low and behold the convention is at my universtiy where I live and attend class in between practicing.
This is the first Long Island Magic Convention and it is being held at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. If you live on Long Island I would bet you know about Hofstra. If you are from the tri-state areayou can get to Hofstra by train very easily. Once you get to Penn Station just take the LIRR to Hempstead or Mineola. The reason for these directions is because they are not on the website.

Furthermore, I would like to extend the same invitation here as I did in the Magic Cafe. I would like to have a dinner near by for all who would like to attend. I already have a few ideas but it all depends on how many people would like to attend.
