Magic club @ uni

hi

i just started uni (deakin uni melbourne australia) and it doesn't have a magic club
I was wondering if many other unis have a magic club and if its worth trying to create a club

Hey mate. I'm at Sydney myself, and ditto, there's no magic club. Personally, I feel that the difficulties and practicalities of any magic club are simply too hard to manage, except on a small basis, especially with people you don't know. If I were you, I'd just focus on taking advantage of what you have

how does it work do you just meet up and jam?

Actually we're a proper club that encourages new people to come and learn magic
so we do mostly teaching and stuff
but we also have sessions for the more experienced crowd.

Sometimes we invite guest lecturers to teach as well.
