DG : Symphony - Jacob's Ladder Rubberband size?

I know he recommends one, but unfortunately It is saved on my computer which isn't working right now(I'm on a laptop). Sooo... can anyone check, or know off the top of there head.
Also if you know Missing Link's recommended band size, that would be cool.

thanks guy's. I figured they were the same but just wanted to make sure. Jacob's Ladder is probably my favorite too. Can't wait for Projects 4 5 and 6
