Can anyone tell me what the name of the move is, that is performed in this video at 1:23 and again at 1:32? Is it some variation of the biddle count?

If I am not mistaken that is The Hamman count (or at least a vesion of) created by Bro John Hamman. It can be found in Card College 2, page 315.
Edit- you guys might be right, i always mix those two up. I must Go back and research.

The flushtration count shows the face r back of a single card repeatedly, this count shows the face of several cards in a completely different hadling. However, with that said, the flushtration count could be a useful move to you for showing a packet to contain the same cards, or indeed a rhythm count. Hope this helps.
