I think the only person who can answer these questions is Peter himself, seeing as the effect is, as of yet, unreleased.

I'd do it to quests at my house, hanging out in the kitchen, start some card magic then grab the pop tarts haha!

How long is the setup, approx?

Will this highly damage the card? Like, will it be soggy when it comes out of the pop-tart?

The set up takes about 30 sec for me to do. So I would say maybe a min for set up for just starting out.

The card comes out with all the fruit filling all over it. It can be messy. We have an alternate ending that deals with a little bit more slight of hand to have a clean card to hand out.

Never tried milk with pop tarts. Might be something new to try out.
