I think some more practice will make the flourishes smoother and look better overall. At this point some of the packets are falling apart and you are taking too much time to square them while you could be onto the next phase. The flourishes themselves were impressive but lost the beauty with the slight pauses in between the flourishes.
You have already got down the basic idea but all you need is to practice them more.
