could some body please recommend an invisible thread for me to purchase thank which ones are best

Yigal Mesika makes Loops, Elastics, and Thread. All of these are pretty darn good. You can find them anywhere on the web.

Kevlar is a little stronger but is a tad easier to spot / see. Be careful.

I've also heard of Gypsy Thread but have never tried it.
