Great Topic!
Personally, it happens when the magician has seen so many audiences, he no longer finds joy in their reaction to the magic. All it is to the magician, is an ego stroke to make themselves feel "bigger". This is never the purpose for magic. It's to give the audience a break from their everyday. To give them something to wonder about. When a magician has performed so long that every time he does it, it's the same thing, he's lost the vision. Just my personal view. Thanks!

Fellas, I'm closing this thread immediately because nothing good will become of arguing between one another. I know exactly who is firing the shots and why they are being fired. I see both sides and it is getting closed.
