Kick-Cut?

hey guys, I just purchased daniel madison's lecture notes one and two. Great stuff in there, some is a little repeated but for the price it's all good. $21 USD for both. Anyway I need to know what a kick-cut is. PM me if it is a sleight and you want to help a brotha out. or if it is a flourish please put how to do it for me, much appropriated.

a kick cut is pretty much the same as a swing cut

Is that really neccessary to repeat it and just say "what does guy said?"

yeh the kick cut is sometimes used instead of the word swing cut where you hold the deck in biddle grip and cut the pack with your pointer finger and place it into the crouch of your left hands thumb

because to him a swing cut is off the long edges of the deck and a kick cut is off the short edges
