He does this just about weekly, no need to start a new thread everytime. There has been a lot of good stuff on here though 
How did you do that? I thought his trick for the week was Slydini Sequence?
This is the one from last week there;s one on his homepage and when you click the bigginer's tab of his page there it is.
I've never been a fan of handing a spectator a deck and or packet with a gaff card in it, especially with it being on the very top. It's risky and unnecessary for this particular effect. It's a cool effect to show a layperson, but the same outcome can be accomplished without the use of a gaff.
After you switched packets you'd take the upside down card, spin it out from the middle and then lay it on top of the deck face down (with the real 9 of hearts) and perform a double lift, revealing the card...tilt the deck back towards you as you slide the 9 of hearts off and do a wrist kill.
Place the card on the table and ask your spectator to turn over their card, and while they are reacting to the effect scoop up your packet and casually turn the other card face down with the rest of the cards and you can end cleanly and hand the deck out if you choose.
