I'd like to close my forums account although I don't know how to. If you do please reply, I want to close it for personal reasons, please do not ask.

Usually with online forum boards like the one T11 uses you can't actually "close" an account. You may want to send in a support ticket and see if they can assist you. Or contact one of the mods like RickEverhart as HaveOuts has suggested.
