Here are a few things;

It's good.
It can't be done with big/heavy rings.
It's difficult to do in a buttoned, stucked in shirt.
It's not suitable for table hopping.
A belt needs to be worn for best results.
It's not quiet so you can't perform it without decent background noise.
It get's good reactions.

sounds awesome! ill be getting mine! then probably making it my own and more practical for myself.. i think for a spectator this is very close to real magic! sure to please a crowd with this one!

All true. It's not instantly resettable, and it takes couple of minutes to set it up in the first place. Very unnatural and unmotivated action to get the ring on it, and to activate it. Definitely not worth the money if you ask me. Which is too bad since I like the effect, just not the method, at all.
