I'm new to the hole card-magic thing.
Which cards are nice to use while doing card-tricks?
100% plastic? plastic coated?

Thanks!

100% plastic are for recreational use. They're mostly poor for performing magic but good because they wipe clean and are a robust material. Plastic coated (like Fournier) and cheap cards are okay but industry standard cards are mostly printed by the USPCC and use an air cushion finish, like Tally-Ho's and Bicycles. Those are, among being widely used for magic a cheap option.

I would like to add that if you are serious into performing regularly for muggles, you should consider using standard bycicle cards, since it is more common and familiar for them. If out of nowhere you bring out your white centurions or steam punk cards, even when the deck itself is "normal" they will still suspect something is up.
