Hey guys! Hope you all are having a great weekend thus far. On Expose, we talked about a music video by the band OK Go for their song "The Writing's On the Wall". In the video, there are optical illusions everywhere, and it was filmed all in one take. Truly amazing! You can view the video in our Media Section here. Based on their new music video, the challenge this week involves optical illusions!

Using Instagram, your job is to make and take a picture of an optical illusion. It can be any type of illusion; floating card or deck, coins standing on each other by the edges, you name it. The only rule is that you cannot use any image editing to accomplish your optical illusion. You can use any method you like, as long as it does not use touching or editing in any way.

Once you have taken a picture of your optical illusion, post the link to your image in response to THIS forum thread by no later than 7:30pm EST tomorrow, Sunday, June 22nd. After time is up, we will go through all submissions and decide on a winner.

The winner will be decided based on overall creativity and execution; make sure the composition is right for your illusion and make it unique. If you follow that criteria, you have a better shot of winning!

What can you win this week? 1,000 Elite Member Points and 6 decks of charity: water playing cards, shipped to you on the house.

Good luck to everyone entering! We can't wait to see everyone's illusions.

Just a suggestion but would a video be better, similar to how in the music video they would then spin around the illusion?
Or would a video also be accepted? Also, does it have to be using an object that's magic related, or literally anything?

Since Instagram uses a video feature as well, you can make a video if you wish. And yes, it can be anything you like! Any object is fair game.
