It's nice to have at least three people watching, but you can also make a story about you playing with your three friends, something like that.

You show people four aces. Then you put them in somewhere in the deck, completely random. Not only you, but you can ask someone from the audience to place them somewhere in the deck. Then you shuffle the deck, cut it, whatever you wanna do to make if fairly shuffled. After that you say that in a game of poker it's good to know where are the aces and use them if there is a need to do that. Something like that, you get the idea. Then you deal the cards like in a normal poker game with three random people or tell that story about a game with your three friends. After that you can show that you got one ace and after that say "but sometimes, aces aren't enough" and you show that you got a royal flush.

Not sure if this exactly what you are looking for, but it kind of fits the explanation you provided. It is called "The Secret to a Perfect Royal Flush" and it is explained on Micheal Ammar's Easy to Master Card Miracles Volume 1. It's not impromptu and requires a minor stack.
