Torn and restored transepo, ambitious card, card grab, card under box with 51 under box with card TO box in spectators hands, 51 cards to pocket, and a version of "Hessian"
If I'm using my deck and I've set it up then "Further than than that" is my favorite trick. It's self working and everybody I've shown it to enjoys it because of that recurring punch line. It's a great ice breaker and because it'self working I can focus on the audience and adjust my presentation. I've done it hundreds of times but every time I do it it's always different. After over 4 years it is still my favorite trick.
For something completely impromptu... "4some" "double invisible reverse", "Collins Aces" after an Ace production, of course and "pass at red" are my favorites. If I'm spending a lot more time with the person or group I'm performing for then inevitably I will be doing some variation of "out of this world".
Hmmm, off the top of my head (including card tricks and tricks with cards):

My lifetime go to has always been Joker's Wild. Right now in my walk around gigs, I am loving Card Warp. I am working on a Dejavu presentation for this concept: https:// youtu.be/fXPnXvjvcRk which is simple but clever. I tried it out but was not happy with the ending. You almost need another trick to follow it up that has the same theme. And of course I am doing Cointum Leap a ton. I've got a videographer coming to a gig with me to night to hopefully shoot a better clip of it for the trailer.
