OK coin production:- looks angly?

First I' d like to clear up one point...
OK is probably not the real name of the effect and please correct me.

So...it looks frankly GREAT on camera. Must be fine with a single audience member too...
I was thinking more on the lines of 2-4 spectators.
So how do I do it? Provided I can actually position the audience wherever I want (mostly by repositioning my self)??

Not a revelation (have got that fine )
However my question is it very angle-sensitive? I mean it looks superbly amazing on camera...but for real people?

it is meant to be performed 1 on 1 with someone or for the camera. your angles are super tight on this.
