I am from Denmark, and the Theory11 servers run on American time (no idea where from) and I am quite tired of not knowing when people have posted something, as the time zone is american by default.
Sometimes it says that they sent it yesterday, when it was clearly today. It is quite confusing and fustrating, but I have not found a way to change it in any way.
