Sources?

Hey, recently I stumbled across a term in relation to an uncommon type of gaffed card work similar to work I already know. The term was "cutters" and I cannot seem to find any sources in any books talking about them. Does anyone know where I might find a description of what exactly these are by author or book. Feel free to pm me if necessary. Thanks.

@Maaz Hasan, your memory is correct. I’m not sure if there is a precise definition for a “cutter” but it sounds like anything that cuts a card. This is the one I would like: https://www.vanishingincmagic.com/magic/magic-accessories/stripper-jig/

This is the one I have: http://www.jamesriser.com/Magic/Car...pensiveTrimmer/InexpensiveTrimmerByRiser.html

There are a variety of ways to trim a card. An inexpensive resource is Encyclopedia of Card Tricks. A more expensive option is Greater Magic - which covers most types of stripper decks (standard, belly, Hindu but not N strippers). Marlo has a some work on corner shorts.
