I don't/can't speak for T11 but I do deal with shipping on a nearly daily basis.
There are delays worldwide due to both Covid and now the Holiday volume of packages. This really kicked up about 3 weeks ago, but it's been going on all year.
If you have a local tracking number, call your post office and ask them about it - you may need to pay VAT or other taxes/fees to get it delivered. If you can't locate your tracking then contact support and they should be able to find it for you.
