Streamline Cards - Badly Cut Corners?

Hey all,

I bought a deck of steamlines(By the company that makes Arrcos) from a local store today. When I opened it up, The corners are not cut symmetrically, and they're not very round. Also when I square the deck up, I can still feel the edges of individual cards. Is this normal with a blue deck of steamlines?

The exact same thing happened to me with a blue deck of Streamlines.

i have a red deck of streamline, and their not like that at all
