To reply your question:
In the DVD "Coin Akiras" there was a version of wipe clean by Akira Fuji.
It a nice way to show you hands empty.

My concerns:
I am not a big fan of hand washing.
I believe it gives the impression of "Look! Can you see where I hide the coin(s)?"
To me it's like a show of dexterity rather than magic.
If you really want to show your hands empty, isn't it more logical to just show both palms of your hands at the sametime?? Why all those moves (which I believe ultimately over proof the vanish)?
For me, I do just one vanish, I use it in a sequence (if you do want to do just a vanish, there are tons of one coin vanish marketed, like "Now you see it, Now you don't" or "Gone" or "Revolution" etc etc etc), and in the end doing a complete vanish would be better option, use sleeving like the others said.
Leaving you completely clean and then you can show your hands as much as you want.

Hope I am not too vague.
Brian
