    Alchemy coin vanish

Got your back bro haha Yeah, depending on the restaurant the back angles wouldn't be so bad, but you definitely don't want to be squatting down to your audience, or kneeling.

    Apollo Robbins DVD/Book?

He has his coin and card work in the "Cultural Exchange" DVDs, and last I heard he was working on putting something out in the way of pickpocketing. You can find his lectures on his philosophy of pickpocketing, and find the techniques elsewhere.

    Alchemy coin vanish

Just because it's difficult doesn't mean it belongs in any serious coin magicians act. It has no more applications than any other complete vanish, yet it involves more risk and has angle issues. It looks great, and in the right situations it might have a use. However, Ben makes this look...

I think you meant to say it's nothing more than an offbeat miracle.

    Alchemy coin vanish

I can safely say that about 90% of everyone who buys this won't use it, the original move is more practical. For those looking for an honest review other than "buy this". It's the effect you can do for one or two people but you mainly pay $10 so you can practice it at home and show other...

"The Gift" - Q and A (Matt Sconce's new effect)

This looks great Matt! I'll definitely be looking forward to this and to seeing that movie! I've always wanted to be an actor, only to be torn away by magic, and alas! A magic movie! Haha, I wish you the best with both these projects. I'll probably be getting this very soon to add to my new...

    Smoke & Mirrors V5

no video :( Also, I believe they printed 20,000 decks this time, which I think is twice as many as the last ones. Either way there isn't a second release as far as I can see. I know Dan and Dave are putting their 10,000 up for sale, I can't say for sure about Theory11

    Dresscode

heck yeah it could, watch the preview again, Calen does it with a person walking by. You could for sure do it with a bus, anything smaller and your timing will have to be just right and you need to be comfortable with it.

    Dresscode

If you want people fondling you in the middle of your performance, sure they can feel/touch the "changed" shirt. Keeping in mind you're now wearing only a shirt and it wouldn't be reasonable to strip half naked in front of your audience anyway. They can inspect the jacket as that is now off of...

even if people knew what it was, they wouldn't be able to just make the thing at home.

FIVE New Releases - The Holiday Contest 2010!

I don't think so. Last year with the black envelopes they did one code for every item. That's also what the 12 decks = 12 scratch cards says too.

yeah just keep practicing on the same person, there are different people with different levels of difficulty. So maybe have 2-3 practice buddies.

    rizer review

as far as this being a "real worker" I guess that's open for discussion, because I'm with Chris on this, I wouldn't ever do this at a paid gig. My attire far too formal to risk getting sharpie on. But again, up for discussion. I would however say that this effect isn't commercial at all.
