I actually discovered a loophole for that rule when I was in college. Alot of Wikipedia articles have citations throughout and you can click the citation and it'll take you to a list of links on the bottom of the article. You can then use that link as the source rather than Wikipedia itself.

You should look into Shoot Ogawa's DVD on the muscle pass. He has a pretty good training exercise that you can do to improve your muscle pass.

Beyond Deception by Tobias Beckwith is another great book with alot of great exercises. Also if you watch Jeff McBride's manipulation videos, the presentation and theory tips he mentions in between moves are very valuable pieces of information.
