Not end of discussion. People are free to post their opinions and back them up. There is not, and will not be a definitive answer as so many people take into account so many different things. Don't make this into an flame war lol.
The end of the discussion was a long time ago. If people are...
Nothing bad in learning from dvds and downloads, But lectures and books will get you a lot more info. However downloads and dads are specializes on the subject, so less info, more quality. There's a plus and minus to everything, so it's fine if you find a good download.
The Card College Light...
Not always. Just read the description. If they are printed with Q1, they will handle much similar. And depending on the stock, they wont feel too different (TXI stock might be a bit softer than the usual crushed stock, since it uses the Eco stock I think, not sure though).
Ax3 by Daniel Madison was cool, don't know if you'll like it or not though.
If you are comfortable with false dealing, check out the advocate by Daniel Madison.
A great and semi automatic Acaan would be to take Gary's spelling trick from the royal road, and modify it a bit.
Ha. Won't have time to check it out tonight, but will do so tomorrow!
It'll be interesting to see how you guys work together to teach laymen. I am going to assume that David is going to feel most comfortable doing this, since he teaches laymen simple tricks. It'll be interesting to see how Asad...
What @VagueTheory said lol
However, if you are ready to make your own effect, you can do a few things:
1) This is more so to personalize effects you already use. If you personalize and customize an effect enough, you can take it to a whole different level. Essentially, just build off of base...
This ambitious routine is and will end up being dreadfull. An acr should not just be the card invisibly coming to the top over and over again. To the spectatorsthis gets boring after the second time. Make it short, make each step unique, give everything a purpose, make the card jump around, And...
Thanks!
Jic anyone is curious, I ended up buying Reflex almost the day I last posted here, and have since paired it with Odyssey. I really like it! Thanks for all the suggestions everyone!
P.S. There is a random post I posted that I am seeing now. It had nothing to do with this post, was just...
Not to mention the fact that most of the team are you going to be all over the country, since they still perform at their own gigs, or inventing tricks, Or consulting, or even working (I'm sure some of them have second jobs or are in college).
It's important to link your effects together, No matter how small that link is. Otherwise, It just seems like trick after trick instead of a nice performance. Whether it be something about how the spectators can do the trick if it is in the hands,Or bringing in a prop to use, such as fire. It...
I believe it is either California or Connecticut but I have no clue. I doubt they would want you to send them a post card at the warehouse lol Maybe there's a spot to email them.
May I ask why?
Elisha Tucker is definitely the winner....
Creator of the 1800s style American Card Table. True expert in his craft.
In all seriousness though, The styles of so many people are so different that they are hard to conpare.
Everything he tried? No. Everything he did. Yes. There'sa difference.
Furthermore, I think he's up there but wouldn't the real expert be focusing more so on Gambling moves solely?
At the same time, there are things where you absolutely need to control a card, such as with a signed one. I see what you are saying, there are just a lot of exceptions.
And what I meant by my earlier post is that if you are forcing a card, you are specifically forcing a position onto them...
Sometimes, I actually prefer a card control over a force. It all depends on how the spectators feel (or how I think they feel). If it looks like they are suspicious I am forcing a card, let them freely choose and control it (if I even need to).
In reality, a force is just a card control done...
