I spring my cards quite a lot in order to create flexibility in them. The constant springing actually makes my Bicycle cards become extremely bendable! They started out stiff as well. I like to dribble the cards and I feel that card flexibility is essential.

I've frozen my T11 decks before, I put them in sealed plastic Ziplock bag to prevent moisture from getting to the cards. They handle amazingly well after that!
