Do yourself a huge favor and read 'Designing Miracles' by Darwin Ortiz. It's a great read where he discusses, among other things, creating barriers and distortion to remove the effect from the method. It's amazing what you can do when you change the effect but retain the method.

Give handbrake a try and see what happens. I'm not familiar with iwisoft, but handbrake uses the ffmpeg engine under the hood (which is very very good) so give it a try and see.

Hi Enzo, Even though it was written after Strong Magic, I think I'd recommend reading 'Designing Miracles' before you read Strong Magic. It's short and a quick read and sets the stage nicely for things that are discussed in Strong Magic. Can't go wrong with either of them. tjf.

Bobo's Modern Coin Magic

Don't use flash for the core of the site (for many reasons). It's not index-able (for search engines), it's a buggy CPU-hog of a technology, it doesn't work on iPad/iPhone/etc, and you can do virtually everything it does via a decent javascript library like jQuery. my 2 cents..
