After digging through multiple posts and threads, I have decided to post a new thread about the Invisible Card by Blake Vogt. The trick is truly amazing. The gimmick is brilliantly made that can only be created by Mr. Vogt. There has to be practice like every other trick, but once you've...
2016 was a bummed out year. The election result I truly didn't care. Because 2016 is the aftermath year of 2015. People who I trusted betrayed me. People who I thought were my friend deserted me, and lastly my closest friend past away at the middle of it all. I went into a small depression often...
Sounds valid. Departure is a great gimmick, but the more I learned new tricks. I enjoy using a pack of cards rather than a ring. Instead of just keeping it, I thought why not sell it and give another magician to use this awesome gimmick than get dusty in my drawer.
I bought departure awhile ago and loved it, but months passed and has now gotten boring and found better things to put into my routine. I now have the gimmick and am out thirty-four dollars. What should I do?
I come up with many card tricks in my head. I put some performances on Youtube and sending some to Theory 11's Market. But, sadly my tricks are denied. How can you tell if your tricks are original or similar to another trick?
My favorite trick of his when he started flying or levitating during the nineteen hundred. It gave me ambition to create my own magic tricks, because any trick can be created with intuition, work, and practice.
While practicing the Sybil Cut, halfway through the flourish, the cards fall out and spilling to the floor. Any tips for how to keep the cards intact without any spills?
Question 1# What did you think of Now You See Me 2?
Question 2# What is your favorite type of magic (meaning either pure sleight of hand, or using gimmick, close-up magic, or stage magic)
Question 3# How many bicycle decks have you bought ever since you became a magician?
Decoy is a fantastic gimmick. I recently bought it and am practicing. But during performance, it's hard to ditch the gimmick elsewhere. So should I end the performance with decoy, ending it with a bang, or begin with decoy and start out amazing at the beginning.
I understand that, I'm asking a way to do a double lift, whether you riffle the deck and leave a pinky break, or do a pinky count. As well as which one looks well exectued during performance whether the ambitious card trick or any other card trick
One of the most famous uses of sleight of hand is the double lift, but there are several ways to use it. Can you explain what is the best way to use it during performance where it can easily be executed.
Thanks, I want to practice my art and try to get better, that's why I'm performing in youtube for people to see and give feedback on my performance and movement.
