I was very biased when I wrote this, the gazzo book is ok. Some of the work isn’t taught correctly but it’s not a horrible book. The original script is still 100% better.
The gazzo version is complete shit, has no value. The McGuire book is the only one worth studying. "Gazzo cannot put in peg work, do a king, deuce, or any of scotts work"
Walter's method for the blindfold deal is published in phantom of the card table. It does use peg work there for can be done with your deck of someone else's, depnding how skillful you are. Hope that answers all of your questions.
100% unboxing is better, rapture uses 2 separate gimmicks that you have to construct on your own unlike unboxing which is 1 premade gimmick. Unboxing is also less angle sensitive and extremely easy to clean up. If you want to you can even leave the gimmick in your deck unseen.
