I don't know many cigarette effects, although, there is a cigar routine in Chris Kenner's "Totally Out of Control" book, called "Into the Woods" or something like that. I'm sure you can use cigarettes as oppose to cigars. I would definitely look into it. Glad to help.

Actually no, the court cards in Smoke and Mirrors are more simplified and are very vibrant in color. The King in the second pic has a deeper red and gray like the court cards in Theory 11 decks.
