I want to perform a trick in which a spectator names any item they like and it then appears inside of a box which has been in full sight the entire time - however, I don't want to use an equivoque. Does anyone know where I ought to look for potential methods? Thank you

Thanks, both of you. That's a really cool use for the Svengali deck (I assume he's using a Svengali deck). I've seen Shin Lim do something similar to it in the trailer for '52 shades of red' but I don't know if the colour change is featured in later versions of the trick.

Does anyone know of a way to force a card when you spread out the cards (on a table), without changing the order, and by asking the spectator to bring their finger down on a card?
