I don't think that Zach was saying that it was impossible to get these decks, just that it is much harder to find them. For example, you are much more likely to find a deck of Jerry's on eBay than to find a deck of Dunes or Desert Inns, it still happens occasionally though. :)

Dan and Dave are sold out. Currently, the best place to get them is, IMO, eBay. If you can't order from there for some reason, then I suggest Kardwell or GGS.

Circle backs because they are my favorite. Also, some lay-people tell me that fan backs make the card look really big. And they don't like it.

The only people with small enough hands to affect their ability are midgets. But then they have mini-decks!

Have you guys seen Linus' videos? I didn't want to read the whole thread but If you watch Linus' videos, especially the Double Hands Cut, you will probably want to learn moves well in both hands.

I can't pick just ONE choice. However, if it were a multiple choice poll I would choose Arrco US Regs, Studs (old & new), Tallys (not-vipers), WPT Diamond Back, Bikes, Aladdins, Richard Turner Decks aka. Gamblers Deck, Aviators, Steamboats, and Bees.

I always use double-sided tape. If you can't find that try magician's wax.

Older Studs are thinner. You can get those on eBay along with Aladdins. My favorite eBay card dealer is Full Boat Dealer

They won't be printed again. Even if they were you can't put 60 years of age into a deck that is newly printed.

The Trilogy has a good little section for beginners. Also, it has magic and more advanced flourishes.

When I perform I use all 52 cards. When I practice I use about 70-75.

I have many screw-ups. Most of them oddly involving TiVo 2.0, but I won't go there. I think that my worst screw-up yet would be a couple of weeks ago at school. Some of my friends had asked me to show them some flourishes. I thought to myself "Okay, what could go wrong?" I had a brand new deck...

Tallys. But I also like League Backs, WPT Diamond Back, Vintage Bikes, Aladdins, and Arrco US Regs.
