can you borrow the card you rip up from somebody? and for the card it changes to at the end...can that only be a queen? and can the card be given away and examined after your done?

I've read alot about being able to stop your heart with control but can you only do that with the hearing method...when you hear it stop or can someone put their hand over your heart and feel it stop?...like the arm pulse in the trailer.
