I agree with Luis Vega. I think he should have done either what Luis said, or left out the name of the effect he was asking and just asked about thumb tips in general (I don't see that being that bad) and drawn a conclusion from that. But that is good insight on thumb tips, Shinichikudo992000.

I personally like the Marvin Gaye idea, as long as it's only like a quick snippet while the cards are in the mouth or something. Anything longer I think would be off.

Well in all fairness that kind of depends on what the theater teacher wants. If she just wants some entertainment before that isn't connected then it doesn't particularly matter, I don't think, but if she does want it tied in somehow then yes, I agree with you.

You could always ask a friend to film it on their phone or camera. That way you don't have to worry about you fidgeting with the camera so much trying to make sure it sees the trick.
