    Getting back into magic

Hey everyone, I quit doing magic 2 years ago for some reason, don't remember why. But I'd like to get back into it. I learned a lot of quite technical tricks I never performed to anyone. Relearning the tricks is just a matter of remembering them. But I've been out of this magic world and would...

    Help on a presentation

About the picture, I think a clip of Dai Vernon would be good, or one properly performed GOAT change, or something from Lennart Green.

    Help on a presentation

Not excatly, I'm not really sure what to talk about magic in general. Again history, Houdini.

    Help on a presentation

Hey everyone, we have to do a presentation in school in PC lesson (there are such lessons in Estonia, don't know about other countries) and I thought I'd do it about magic, specifically card magic. It has to be in Powerpoint, and like a proper presentation, at least 13 pages, including title...

Nice. But I have a question, wasn't Wayne Houchin planning something similiar called Implosion or Suffocate?

    Clipshift

Hey guys, here's my clipshift. I don't know excatly how long I've been practising this, but maybe about a year. Any criticism is allowed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTEIAc24HIo

    Carousel

Do you have it?? Is it worth the money? And on a 1 to 10 scale, how difficult would you say it is?

    Carousel

Hey guys, I had a question about D&D's new On Demand Carousel by Irving Quant. Is it gimmicked? Because when he spreads the cards and all the face-down cards appear on top, I feel this can't be just sleight of hand. Anyone has this already?

    D&D's Static with Gimmick?

It's pretty obvious that it is using a gimmick. Can you think of any kind of sleight of hand where a card shoots out by just touching the deck??

    Recommend a Book / DVD

But do you know any other DVD or books, which don't have too much effects, but more difficult.

    Recommend a Book / DVD

I already have Dangerous and Surfaced. Oh, and I forgot to mention that I've been doing card magic a little bit over a year.

    Recommend a Book / DVD

Hey guys, school's over and my parents asked what I want for finishing the school. So recommend me anything not too confusing, can be easy but a little work is also fine. Of course hard-hitting and that can be done to a group of people. And I'm a card guy so no coin magic. Any more questions...

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you liked it. And yes, I have practiced the duck change the less from all of my colour changes.

    Gambler's Cop

It's invisible from the front, as it was said already. And the cop is much more natural than the classic palm. I've been caught only once and I was surrounded then.

    Practising and books

So how do you practise? I mean that do you just do all the sleight/effects/changes you come up with or some other way? I have most of the effects and other stuff written down on a paper and every time I start practising, I take that paper out. Also, if you get a new book, do you read it...
